Title: Study on the possible clientele of the Maison 13 restaurant
Abstract: The research carried out on 20-27 May 2021 on 368 subjects measured the traffic in front of the restaurant, the intention to go to the restaurant, favorite menus, favorite food, favorite dessert and drinks, expectations from a restaurant and the things that bother the most at a restaurant.
